Shopping Center Clients:

Our company works closely with our clients to effectively reduce their costs by negotiating on their behalf:

  • Identify market penetration for client's regional or national store expansion plans. Perform market research and comprehensive on site market evaluations.
  • Provide creative ways in which to negotiate leases so that clients obtain the widest range of lease benefits, maximize rental structures during the term of the lease as well as other related lease aspects. Review all lease economics prior to lease submission to clients.
  • Furnish clients with leasehold organization to better monitor their existing lease portfolio. These services can include lease digests, expirations by date, by tenant, and/or by landlord and mall locations.

  • Experienced representation provided to Retailers and Developers in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, as well as airports and transportation centers.

  • Acquire other retailer's leases such as company acquisitions or individual retail locations.

  • Assist in the development of Marketing Brochures for shopping centers and/or retail stores to include, overviews, demographics, site plans, architectural criteria and store criteria.

  • Assist in the development of Letters of Intent (LOI) and lease drafts.

  • Support in the development of necessary operating reports such as, merchandising plans, rental budgets, and lease status reports.
