Mr. Garagiola has over 45 years experience in the retail industry, with comprehensive expertise in real estate in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, as well as, store operations for specialty retail stores. Eight years ago, he formed a consulting company which tailors it's services, primarily leasing, for shopping center owners and upstart retailers, Century 4 Retail Advisors, LLC. He formerly served with Spencer Gifts, LLC as Vice President of Operations, Real Estate and Construction. Mr. Garagiola has extensive knowledge, serving in several senior management positions throughout his retail career, formulating strategic solutions used to increase the value of the organization corporately. Prior to Spencer Gifts LLC, Mr. Garagiola was employed by Thom McAn Shoe Company for over 13 years serving in various management positions including store operations, hiring, staffing and development, product presentation and merchandising functions for the company. Mr. Garagiola is a graduate from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Economics. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Mr. Bradbury comes to Century 4 Retail Advisors as an independent contractor with excellent retail real estate and market knowledge of the United States and Canada. He has outstanding market analysis and negotiation skills, superior management skills with priority on profit and cost containment. With over 35 years experience in the real estate sector with such companies as Select Comfort, Claire's Boutique and B. Dalton Booksellers, he was instrumental in the development and implementation of new standards for performance with regard to site selection, market analysis and lease negotiation. As Vice President Real Estate/Construction, Mr. Bradbury was able to secure multiple locations for Select Comfort making it the nation's 6th fastest growing retail company in the United States with retail sales growing from 60 million to 190 million in two years. Mr. Bradbury has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Minnesota and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE).
With over 28 years experience in the retail industry, Mr. Kupetz, is a result-driven senior manager. He has an exceptional track record and leadership skills to ensure effective execution of numerous and simultaneous projects without compromising quality, timeliness and functionality. Presently he is responsible for over 23 shopping centers on the East Coast, leasing over 200,000 square feet of retail space including; identifying and qualifying regional and national tenants, negotiating contracts and managing terms of build outs. He has been Director of Leasing for commercial, residential and office leasing for over 1,000 units in 190 properties. Mr. Kupetz is presently the Principal of Retail Clients Services LLC, which provides it clients a full range of services including site selection, lease evaluation and negotiation, real estate portfolio and construction coordination management for specialty retail companies. Mr. Kupetz has a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology and Psychology and Postgraduate Studies in Psychology from the New York University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association of Realtors. He has a Real Estate Broker's License in the state of New York.

Dave comes to Century 4 Retail Advisor's with over 8 years of business development, marketing experience and a diverse background in distribution as an owner of multiple companies. Dave has extensive knowledge of operations which encompasses managerial and organization development, business expansion, analysis and leadership. His managerial skills include developing and maintaining clients accounts and maximizing client goals and interest. His organizational skills include educational development and creating team environments within businesses. Finally, Dave brings vast knowledge to Century 4, which includes, traditional and web based marketing and product to consumer knowledge. Dave's education includes a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Rutgers University and a Masters degree in Security Management with a focus on Corporate Security, Safety, Disaster Planning and Loss Prevention.
